Holiday Cancellation Policy
- The service amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 12 hours in advance.
- A 3.5% processing fee will be deducted from all canceled appointments.
- If the cancellation is made between 12 and 1 hour before the appointment, 50% of the service will be charged.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 1 hour before the appointment, 100% of the service will be charged.
- If a client cancels after rescheduling twice at no cost, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- For bookings of $1,000 or more, a 15% service fee will be applied in case of cancellation, regardless of the notice period.
Rescheduling – Spa Studio Miami Lakes and Mobile Services
More than 12 hours before the appointment: No rescheduling fee.
- Between 2 and 6 hours before the appointment: A 25% fee of the service will apply.
- Less than 2 hours before the appointment: A 50% fee of the service will apply.
- Within 30 minutes before the appointment: A 100% fee of the service will apply.
- First and second rescheduling: Allowed at no extra cost if notified at least 72 hours in advance.
- Third rescheduling: A 25% additional fee of the total service cost will be charged.
Waiting Policy
- If the client arrives late, the appointment will remain at the originally scheduled duration.
- If additional time is needed, the client must pay for the extra time.
Cancellations and Rescheduling – Spa Parties
- Cancellation: Must be canceled at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will result in a total loss of payment.
- Credit: If a cancellation is made within 72 hours, 50% of the payment can be used as a credit for another service within 6 months.
- Rescheduling: If rescheduled within 72 hours of the event, a 25% rescheduling fee will apply.
- Delays: Spa parties must start on time.
Holiday Cancellation Policy
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations on holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, among others.
- Clients will receive a credit equivalent to the paid amount for future bookings, as long as they provide 72 hours' notice.
